The 5th Food Safety Congress will be held in Istanbul at Harbiye Military Museum 7-8 May 2015. The Congress will be held with the collaboration of the world’s biggest professional organization - International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and with the support of 27 professional organizations and NGOs.
