The Colombian Association of Food Science and Technology - ACTA, the Agroindustrial Engineering program of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, the Latin American and Caribbean Association of Food Science and Technology - ALACCTA and the International Association for Food Protection - IAFP have collaborated to organize a great event to carry out an exchange of knowledge and lastest in food safety.
