The Asia-Pacific Symposium on Food Safety is a regional conference series of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP). It has been held every two to three years, first in Korea (2009), followed by Australia (2011) and most recently in Hong Kong (2021) as a virtual conference due to the Covid-19 pandemic.  This symposium aims to serve as a platform to discuss the latest trends and issues on food safety across the Asia-Pacific region, bringing together food safety professionals from all sectors including government, industry and academia.
