  • PCQI v. 2.0 Course - Preventive Controls for Human Food

    Course Overview: The FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) Version 2.0 course is designed to equip participants with the latest knowledge and skills required to develop and implement a food safety plan in compliance with the FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). This updated curriculum replaces Version 1.2, which will be retired on June 30, 2025. Starting July 1, 2025, only PCHF Version 2.0 will be available for participant course registration and delivery.

  • SQF: Be Prepared

    This two-day workshop focuses on what we know of the new SQF 10. We may not be 100 % sure what the changes will be, but content will provide continuous improvement for your FS Management system. This includes the understanding of the Safe Quality Food Institute’s food safety fundamentals and codes (formerly titled Levels 1 and 2). This course also addresses the divisions between food safety and quality requirements in SQF and the best way to integrate these with the current food safety and quality management system. Participants will receive a detailed understanding of overall focus and application plus the most up-to-date vocabulary, Food Sector Categories, and an overview of auditing and certification of SQF systems. You will also learn techniques for value-added internal audits.

  • IAFP's 16th Microbial Challenge Testing for Foods

    This workshop is intended for food industry professionals, testing lab personnel, and regulators. Registration is open; early registration rates end March 25, 2026.

  • Food Microbiology Short Course 2026

    This short course explores the latest advances in food-borne pathogens, toxins, and contaminants in food plant environments.
