IAFP Announces New Travel Award
DES MOINES, Iowa (February 18, 2011) The International Association for Food Protection is pleased to announce a new travel award. The IAFP Travel Award for State or Local Health or State Agricultural Department Employees will provide travel funds for state or local employees (epidemiologists, food and molecular microbiologists, environmental health specialists, etc.) working in the United States to attend IAFP 2011, the Annual Meeting of the International Association for Food Protection. The meeting will take place July 31-August 3 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
This award is supported through a generous contribution by Marler Clark, LLP, PS to the IAFP Foundation and will provide travel support for up to four qualified health or agricultural department employees.

Award nominations must be received at the Association office on or before April 5, 2011.
