Workshop Description
In this interactive workshop, participants will delve into the importance of assessing food safety culture
within their organizations and learn how to choose the most effective evaluation method tailored to their unique needs. By exploring various assessment techniques, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the strengths and limitations of different approaches, empowering them to make informed decisions on the best strategy for their organization.
The workshop will address critical factors to consider when selecting an assessment method, such as organization size, workforce diversity, and operational structure. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises that simulate the
assessment process and analyze mock data, allowing them to experience the implications of their chosen method firsthand.
Once equipped with a robust assessment strategy, participants will then focus on leveraging the results to improve their organization's food safety culture. This segment will cover methods for interpreting and communicating findings, developing targeted action plans, and measuring the impact of interventions.
Through this workshop, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively assess their organization's food safety culture and use the results to drive continuous improvement. Join us in creating a culture that prioritizes food safety and positions your organization for long-term success.
